Michelle is dedicated to uncovering the potential in both individuals and businesses, enhancing performance, and assisting in the realization of goals and ambitions.
Michelle Hay is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the general insurance industry, specializing in leadership, strategy, and transformation. She has successfully led large business units, delivered extraordinary business results, and improved customer and employee satisfaction through strategic development, transformation programs, and leadership.

Julia Harris
Julia's business leadership experience spans both the public and private sectors. She has led transformational change projects, built and sold small businesses, and coached over 1,500 leaders. Julia has facilitated leadership workshops across Australia and has been deeply involved in implementing new operating models, driving cultural shifts, enhancing workforce capability, and achieving cost reduction activities.
Julia's coaching focuses on impactful shifts needed to level up, identifying and removing obstacles to performance, or anything that hinders the best version of oneself.
